Is it really free to list an event?
Yes — creating and publishing an event on TicketFlow is completely free. The Standard tier costs nothing and has no time limit.
Do I need to move my ticketing to TicketFlow?
No. You keep full control of your ticket sales. Just paste your existing payment or ticketing link (Paystack, Flutterwave, Eventbrite, etc.) and we send attendees straight there.
What exactly does "Featured" do for my event?
Your event jumps to the top of the discovery feed, gets a Featured badge, and we shout it out on our Instagram and X (Twitter) accounts to our engaged audience.
What is 'The Engine' and who is it for?
The Engine is our maximum-impact tier. We put your event in the homepage hero carousel, send a dedicated email blast to our entire subscriber list, and give it extended multi-platform social coverage. Ideal for high-capacity events or new organisers who need rapid awareness.
How quickly does the promotion go live?
Immediately after payment confirmation — usually within minutes. You will also receive a confirmation email from us.
Can I upgrade my event after creating it?
Absolutely. You can go to your event's dashboard at any time and pick a promotion tier. Upgrades take effect as soon as payment is processed.
What currency are the prices in?
Prices are shown in GHS (Ghanaian Cedis). Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments, which supports major cards and mobile money.
Do you offer refunds?
